The video on the landing page following their quiz submission and the email sequence was designed to educate consumers about the dangers of falls, preventing falls, and offering them an invitation to schedule a free in-clinic screening. The emails give the consumer multiple opportunities to request their appointment.

Know that the process of having the content pack set up on your site may take up to a week depending on the number of franchisees who desire the campaign set up, so get your request in early.
There will be three aspects to the Fight the Fall campaign content pack that are represented by tabs in Lead Autom8r.
1. Leadquiz: This is where visitors will start their journey with you. They will be shown a pop-up with the option to take the quiz.
2. Lead Pages: This is the single page that visitors who complete the quiz are shown. This page features a video with Brian Werner sharing some statistics, the importance of getting the in-clinic assessment, and an offer to get one for free at your clinic.
3. Campaigns: This is your 5-email follow-through sequence. The first email is received instantly and is unique to their score – low to moderate (1-2), moderate (3-4), or high risk (5 and up). They are given their quiz score along with a description of what their score could mean. The 3 emails that follow appear in their inbox each consecutive day. The final email, number 5, comes two days following the previous and is written in a way to expect a response. It’s crucial that when they respond, you respond as quickly as possible. When you replay to their response from email 5, this can bring in another potential patient.
Once Lead Autom8r is set up by Patient Sites, check over the following…
- By default, the campaign may already be live. If you want to wait to have the campaign run, go into the Lead Autom8r dashboard and click on Leadquizes and uncheck the box in the“Active” column for the Fall RiskScreening and save the change on the right.
- IMPORTANT: Once the FTF content pack is set up on your site, you need to edit the email signature (Name of main staff member sending the email, clinic phone, clinic email, clinic address, and URL) for the first 4 emails, then only add your first name to the bottom of email number 5.
- If you choose, you can replace the thank you page video of Brian Werner with your own video to personalize it. Just let Patient Sites know that you would like your video there and give them a link to your video hosted on vimeo.com oryoutube.com. Contact PatientSites at PatientSites@fyzical.com. Be sure to note your clinic name and URL.
- Though we have preloaded 5 emails for you to follow through on, know that you should get in the habit of emailing them value – in alignment with their interest in an ongoing basis. Newsletters or other helpful information monthly is a great next step in your email marketing efforts.
Note: Take the quiz yourself, then check your email account to be certain you receive it and that the content is correct. Know that email #5 is written to prompt a response email from the individual who completed the quiz, so be sure to keep checking the correct email inbox and respond to the incoming emails personally and as quickly as possible.
