How to Create Lead Quizzes

Lead Quizzes are similar to Lead Boxes. If you are not familiar with Lead Boxes, access that training here first.

Lead Quizzes allow you to create a series of questions in a Lead Box pop-up that will be shown to visitors to your website. This allows you to get more engagement with your visitors. A great example of how to use this is for the Fight The Fall campaign where we have the Fall Risk Assessment. 

Here is how to create your own.

To get to the Lead Quiz function

1. Log in to PatientSites at https://hub.fyzical.com
2. On the top menu, select the orange "Autom8r" button
3. Select Lead Quizzes
