Each will have simple video editing apps specific to the operating system. You can also upload your videos to the web and edit them online now.
Keep it simple, if you have the video on a phone, edit it on your phone. If it is on your desktop or notebook, keep it there. If you don’t have a video editing software on your desktop or notebook, you may want to just upload it to an online video editor.
