How to Use Live Chat

The chat feature is a widget that is displayed in the lower right corner of your PatientSites website. It is active 24/7 to automatically answer basic, predefined questions website visitors may have.

An additional feature it has is the ability to join the chatbot conversation live to assist the consumer in real-time. In the video below, you'll learn how to pick up from a chatbot conversation live.

Note: the live chat system resides outside of the PatientSites web editor. Members will be given the login information.
