What is Net Promoter Score?

Imagine collecting reviews on Facebook and Google and having a way to sort out the positive feedback from the negative - and being able to intercept any negative feedback from being displayed on social media.

In short, Net Promoter Score (NPS) allows negative reviews to be routed to your email inbox for your to respond to quickly and personally while 5-Start reviews or 9-10 out of 10 rankings go directly to either Google or Facebook to be displayed for the public to see.
